Stanton Road Partners is building the foundations of an inter-generational advisory platform. We offer a Winter Internship Program to final-year students interested in working in a dynamic, fast-growing and entrepreneurial environment. Our internship is the pathway into a graduate career with the firm - high-performing interns are offered a Graduate Analyst role at the end of the program.

What we look for
We consider candidates in their final year of study with a(n):
Keen and genuine interest in corporate finance and M&A
Problem-solving and analytical mindset
Strong interpersonal and communication skillset
Curiosity and enthusiasm to learn
Strong academic record, including HSC (or equivalent) results
Well-rounded background with extra-curricular interests
Australian citizenship, or working rights in Australia
Winter Internship and Graduate Analyst Programs
Applications for our 2026 Winter Internship Program are now closed. Applications for the 2027 program will open in February 2027.
Our Winter Internship Program is the primary pathway into our Graduate Analyst Program, with successful interns considered for graduate roles commencing the following year.
