Adviser to The Ardonagh Group on its acquisition of PSC Insurance Group
The Ardonagh Group is one of the world's largest independent insurance distribution platforms, operating across more than 30 countries. PSC Insurance Group is a leading Australian insurance services business with more than 40 trading brands across Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and Asia.
The Ardonagh Group acquired all of the issued shares in PSC Insurance Group for A$6.19 per share, representing an enterprise value of A$2.429 billion. The transaction completed in October 2024.
