Adviser to Fortitude Investment Partners on the investment partnership with Quadrant Private Equity in Birch & Waite
Birch & Waite is one of Australia’s leading commercial food businesses, specialising in premium sauces, condiments, salad dressings and pasta sauces. Founded over 30 years ago and headquartered in Sydney, the business supplies major quick service restaurant chains, meal kit providers and retailers including Woolworths, Coles and Harris Farm Markets.
Quadrant Private Equity made a growth equity investment in Birch & Waite from its seventh buyout fund, valuing the business at just above $300 million. The investment will support Birch & Waite’s expansion into new product categories and international markets, including the United States.
