Compare Club is one of Australia's leading financial services comparison platforms, helping consumers compare health and life insurance policies, home loans, electricity, gas and car insurance. The business generates revenue through trail commissions and was generating approximately A$20 million EBITDA at the time of the transaction.

Next Capital acquired Compare Club in October 2022 in a transaction valued at over A$100 million, partnering with the management team to support the company's next phase of growth.
