Evolution Healthcare is one of New Zealand's largest private hospital operators, with a network of 10 hospitals and day surgeries across New Zealand and Australia, complemented by a growing portfolio of ancillary healthcare facilities providing rehabilitation, maternity and mental health services.

QIC, investing on behalf of the QIC Global Infrastructure Fund, and Sunsuper acquired Evolution Healthcare from Pacific Equity Partners in a transaction valued at between A$700 million and A$800 million. The transaction completed in December 2021.
