Strait Link is Australia’s leading Bass Strait shipping and logistics provider, delivering integrated end-to-end freight solutions between Tasmania and mainland Australia. The company operates two modern vessels, a fleet of more than 4,500 containers and 11 depots across Tasmania and Victoria, employing approximately 1,100 people.
Allegro Funds sold Strait Link to Igneo Infrastructure Partners, which acquired 100% of the business. The transaction completed in 2026.
