Adviser to Quadrant Private Equity on its sale of Qscan
Qscan Radiology Clinics is one of Australia's largest diagnostic imaging businesses, operating more than 70 clinics across the eastern seaboard including a network of PET oncology clinics. The business employs over 300 radiologists and imaging specialists and is recognised for its operational excellence and deep subspecialty expertise.
A consortium led by Morrison & Co, comprising Infratil and the Morrison & Co Growth Infrastructure Fund, acquired a 75% stake in Qscan from Quadrant Private Equity in a transaction valued at A$735 million. The transaction completed in December 2020.
